How can I track my progress in a course I enrolled with?

You can track your progress directly within the LMS. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to the course you are enrolled in.
2. Look for the progress bar or tracker displayed on the course dashboard or within the course content page.
3. This tracker shows the percentage of the course you have completed and highlights the modules or lessons you have finished.
4. Additionally, some courses may have a dedicated β€œMy Progress” section where you can view detailed insights into your activities, completed lessons, and upcoming tasks.

Can I download the course material?

Downloading course materials depends on the specific course settings defined by the instructor or administrator.
If downloading is allowed, you will find a download option within the course modules or resources section.
If the option is not available, the materials can only be accessed online through the LMS. For further clarification, please contact the course administrator or instructor.

When can I take the assesment after failing it twice (maximum attempts)?

What is the LMS, and how do I access it?

LMS stands for Learning Management System, a platform designed to manage, deliver, and track educational courses and training programs.

To access the LMS, simply visit the inbosswiki.net website and navigate to the Learning Department Page.

Under this menu, select Learning and Development to find the link to access the LMS and begin your learning journey.

Where can I request customized training for my team?

You can submit training requests to ld@insboss.net. Course deployment will depend on the complexity of the topic and the time required for course design and development.

Where are L&D announcements and updates posted?

All L&D announcements and updates are communicated via email from ld@insboss.net or sent by the course or program facilitator.

Where can I download coaching and documentation templates?

All coaching and documentation templates are stored in the IOS drive. These are emailed and shared to all participants during training.

How is leadership readiness assessed?

Leadership readiness is evaluated through CCS 2.0, ATH, and Strategic Planning assessments included in the onboarding process. Leaders must achieve a minimum passing score to be endorsed. If the standard is not met, a refresher session is conducted, followed by a reassessment.

What tools and resources are provided during onboarding?

New leaders are provided with SOPs, training slides, session recordings, and assessments to ensure effective knowledge transfer and readiness for their role.

Are new leaders assigned mentors or coaches?

Yes, our Onboarding Specialist currently leads the mentoring of new CSAs and CSMs. In addition, we collaborate with various departments to provide in-depth training on role-specific deliverables and protocols. New CSAs and CSMs are also paired with buddies assigned by their respective Business Unit managers.

How long is the Leadership Onboarding process?

The Leadership Onboarding process runs for 30 days. It includes the expanded 5-day Insurance Training, along with additional Leadership Development Program courses designed to support the leader’s transition into the role.

How is Leadership Onboarding different from the Leadership Development Program?

The onboarding process primarily focuses on SOP familiarization, tools navigation, and the assurance that our added leaders are well equipped with the proper knowledge and standard that we have here at InsBOSS. Leadership Onboarding is more on the internal technicalities while Leadership Development Program focuses on our leadership skills.
