How can I track my progress in a course I enrolled with?

You can track your progress directly within the LMS. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to the course you are enrolled in.
2. Look for the progress bar or tracker displayed on the course dashboard or within the course content page.
3. This tracker shows the percentage of the course you have completed and highlights the modules or lessons you have finished.
4. Additionally, some courses may have a dedicated “My Progress” section where you can view detailed insights into your activities, completed lessons, and upcoming tasks.

Can I download the course material?

Downloading course materials depends on the specific course settings defined by the instructor or administrator.
If downloading is allowed, you will find a download option within the course modules or resources section.
If the option is not available, the materials can only be accessed online through the LMS. For further clarification, please contact the course administrator or instructor.

When can I take the assesment after failing it twice (maximum attempts)?

What is the LMS, and how do I access it?

LMS stands for Learning Management System, a platform designed to manage, deliver, and track educational courses and training programs.

To access the LMS, simply visit the inbosswiki.net website and navigate to the Learning Department Page.

Under this menu, select Learning and Development to find the link to access the LMS and begin your learning journey.

Are we required to send an email update to I.T. regarding the password update?

No, but we required everyone to enable 2 Factor Authentication for added security. Follow the instructions to enable 2FA at the link. InsBOSS Gmail 2 Factor Authentication

Can we access Government websites such as SSS, Pagibig, and Philhealth for HR purposes?

Yes. Please inform itsupport@insboss.net about your request for access for security notifications and documentation.

Are we allowed to play music or Spotify on the InsBOSS computer?

We regret to inform you that we cannot. We encourage you not to use the company's device for personal use, as it may cause distraction. However, you are allowed to play music from your personal device in the background.

Are we allowed to play Youtube or other websites on the InsBOSS computer?

Yes, as long as the activities are related to work. To inform the IT department about access and to document, send an email to itsupport@insboss.net.

Can we turn off the Team Daily Zoom Meeting if we’re using backup or experiencing slow internet connections?

It's important for all IBFMs to connect and participate in the Team Daily Zoom Meeting, but if you're running on a backup and experiencing a slow connection. Please follow our Internet notification process and guidelines provided at the link. Internet Connection Issues Notification v9112024

Are there any restrictions on using a Wi-Fi dongle on an InsBOSS desktop computer?

To ensure a stable connection, we recommend connecting the company equipment to the internet using a LAN cable to the router. Wifi dongle is strictly prohibited. The wifi dongle requires a driver to be installed on the computer, which could cause system compatibility issues
