How do I submit a support ticket?

There are two ways to get in touch with the support team:

Email (Email Piping)

Simply send an email to websupport@insboss.net. A ticket will be automatically generated.

IB Support

  • Navigate to the "My Ticket" page and click the "+ Create Ticket" button.
  • Enter a Inquiry Title and provide details in the Inquiry Details box.
  • Select the relevant Department, Request Type, and System.
  • Click "Create Ticket" to submit.
What information should I include in my ticket?

To help us resolve your concern quickly, please provide:

- Clear description of the issue or request
- Screenshot or link (if applicable)
- Department or page involved
- Urgency level

Complete details allow faster troubleshooting and resolution.

How do I check the status of my request?

After submitting a ticket, you will receive a reference number and notification email. Use this reference to track updates directly in the Helpdesk or through email notifications.

How long is the usual response time?

Our standard response time is within 24 hours, depending on the priority and complexity of the ticket. You will receive status updates through the ticket system until resolution.

When should I submit a support ticket?

Please submit a ticket when:

- You encounter technical issues or errors
- You need access, permissions, or account updates
- You want to request content changes or new documentation
- Your concern requires tracking or follow-up

Tickets allow us to monitor progress and ensure nothing is missed.
